Privacy Policy
Your data is important to us!
Protecting your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
Contacting Us
If you contact us by email or telephone, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form on our website, the information you provide in the inquiry form, including the contact details you entered, will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time. An informal email notification to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Encrypted Transmission
For security and privacy reasons, this website uses SSL encryption. This prevents third parties from intercepting and reading the data you enter during transmission. You can recognize active encryption by the green padlock or similar symbols in your browser’s address bar.
Server Logs
The server that provides this website stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in so-called log files. These include:
- Time of the request
- IP address of the accessing computer in anonymized format
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the page from which you came to us)
This data is used exclusively for the technical monitoring of the web server (load, error detection, optimization, security) and is absolutely necessary for this purpose. It is not merged with other data sources, so it cannot be assigned to specific individuals. It will be deleted after three months.
Legal Basis
The storage of comments is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may revoke consent you have already given at any time. An informal email notification to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files stored on your device with the help of the browser. They cause no harm.
We use cookies to make our offering more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can configure your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Web Analysis
Our website uses features of the web analysis service Google Analytics (with anonymization function). The operating company is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of website usage by its users. The information generated is transferred to the provider’s servers in the USA and stored there.
You can prevent this by configuring your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with the provider.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (“Privacy Shield”).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f (legitimate interest) GDPR.
Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offering and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized and therefore no longer directly linked to a person.

Usage data is stored by Google for a period of 2 years.
Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your name, your email address, and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have registered, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your subscription.
Data processing is therefore carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) GDPR.
You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please use the link provided at the end of each newsletter. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter mailing.
The newsletters are sent via Mailchimp. Mailchimp’s data policy can be found here.
Data Storage
For the purpose of contract processing, the following data may be stored with us: name, address, email address, telephone number. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract, to carry out pre-contractual measures, and for customer management.
Data will not be transmitted to third parties, except to our tax advisors to fulfill our tax obligations.
All data from the contractual relationship will be stored, if necessary, until the expiration of the statutory tax retention period (7 years), otherwise for 3 years. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b (necessary for contract fulfillment) and/or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f (legitimate interest) GDPR.
Your Rights
In principle, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
