While the initial production volumes were low, they needed the ability to scale quickly when needed.
Solution
We supported zone 14 with professional assembly of the Replay Box.
This required mounting components such as switches, power supplies, and a single-board computer into a compact enclosure.
The assembled units were then tested, packaged, and delivered.
Following careful analysis, we applied our experience to make a series of optimization recommendations, which further reduced unit costs.
